Dance is a great form of exercise. It only takes one song to get your heart rate up and break a sweat. Dance the night away and you are guaranteed to be burning through the calories. After dancing regularly for a even a short while, most people notice improvements in fitness and physique.
Dance works your core, your butt, your legs, your abs, and other muscle groups in ways that traditional exercise doesn’t. Not only does dance give you a workout and improve muscle tone, but dance will improve your posture and the way you move.
